Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means all returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date.    

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at nstlgk@nstlgk.com and include the following information in the email:

  1. Order Number
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Description of item(s) being returned
  4. Reason for return.  Please specify one of the following for each item being returned:
    1. Not as Pictured
    2. Too Small
    3. Too Big
    4. Quality
    5. Wrong Item
    6. Damaged
    7. Not as Described

You request will typically be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt by NSTLGK. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Number via the email address used to initiate the return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Number will not be accepted. 

Once your return is received and inspected by NSTLGK's Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    The following cannot be returned:

    1. Customized or Personalized items
    2. Sale Items
    3. Gift Cards

    Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


    Exchanges
    We do not accept exchanges.  


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
